Are you a Snackaholic, rejoice!

Snacking has become a big part of culture and life in general. As the frequency of people partaking in snacking becomes much more, the need for yummy tasting unique snacks has also increased. Here are three of our favorite snacks.

  1. Strawberry Covered Chocolates

This snack is packed full of sweetness and easy to create. All you need are some fresh strawberries and chocolate of your choice. Personally I like to go with dark chocolate because of the nice slightly bitter aftertaste accompanies the sweet natural sugars of the fresh strawberries.

Once you have the ingredients, all you need to do is wash the strawberries and melt the chocolate. You can easily melt the chocolate using a microwave with a microwavable bowl. Once the chocolate is melted, you take the strawberries and dip them into the chocolate and lay them onto a prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate them for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate set and you are good to go!

  1. Greek Yogurt with Nuts and Berries

This snack is even easier to prepare than the strawberry covered chocolate. All you need is Greek yogurt with a pack of nuts or some berries. Greek yogurt is packed with calcium, potassium, and protein. The berries will provide a good source of antioxidants and the different kinds of nuts will provide all types of nutritional benefits.

So for this snack, all you have to do is take 3.5 oz or 100 grams of Greek yogurt and 50 grams of nuts and mixed berries and mix them together. Of course you can just eyeball the measurements and mix the berries and nuts to how you see fit! Then you can enjoy some healthy and tasty yogurt.

  1. Good o’ fashion Trail Mix

Trail Mix has been a staple snack since the 1980s and it is still popular today. A mix of raisins, nuts, granola, and sometimes chocolate. Healthy and energy heavy, trail mix can fit any snack situation. Mix our Nodder Snacks originals with some raisins and chocolate to bring out some fantastic flavors.

The mix is not really hard to create. All you need is a container or plastic zip-lock bag that you will use to carry your trail mix around. Make the container to have around 3/5ths nuts, 2/5ths raisins, and a fifth of it to be chocolate. You can also eyeball these measurements and mix and match to how you see fit. If you want a little more spunk, you can add popcorn!

Try these snacks out, then add your favorite blend of Nodder Snacks and let us know what you think
